MENTORING

As part of our support package, our staff mentor young people daily and offer provision of personal support, assistance, encouragement and inspiration to young people. Staff aim to build a nurturing mentoring relationship that can empower young people to not only set SMART goals; but to also make positive and strategic choices in order to help them progress on their pathway and achieve their goals with confidence. Within our mentorship, we intend for young people to trust their mentors in assisting and advising them with direct work such as:

  • Budgeting and financial planning

  • Looking for a job (i.e. putting together a CV, developing interview skills)
